Privacy notice

Updated October 12, 2026

This notice explains how inquiries and visits are handled on Kelly KaRon’s website.

When you get in touch

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, brand or agency, and project details. Timeline and budget are optional. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the proposed project. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.

Hosting and inquiry processing

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. Inquiry information is available to Kelly through the form service and may also be included in email notifications and correspondence. Hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request data, to deliver and protect their services.

Videos and external websites

Most portfolio videos are served from this website. The fragrance example uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which loads after you press play. YouTube then receives information about the request and handles it under Google’s privacy policy. TikTok and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Shopping and affiliate links

The shop page links to independent retailers. Some links include a referral identifier that lets the retailer or its affiliate platform attribute a purchase to Kelly. Purchases, payments, and any related tracking are handled by those external services under their own terms and privacy practices. This website does not collect payment information or process orders.

Cookies and analytics

The website’s own code does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Third-party video services may use their own storage or cookies when you interact with them.

Questions about your information

For privacy questions or requests concerning information you submitted, email kellykaronugc@gmail.com. Please identify the inquiry you are asking about without sending sensitive information.
